Daily exercises

These are the principles that the body needs for health. They are very important and need to be discovered and understood.

ALKALISE with WATER

You need to drink 1 to 2 litres water each and every day. Begin slowly to increase water intake. Increase the water intake over a week so your body does not react to a sudden increase in water.

Occasionally, I add a little bicarb to my water to make it alkaline and fresh tasting.  I begin each morning with two glasses warm water (0.5 litres) then I drink water during the day. I put a pinch of natural sea salt or Himalayan salt  on my tongue to get about 80 trace minerals.

OXYGENATE with AIR

I do these breathing exercises shown in the first video and also the stretching exercises.

The breathing I do lying in bed when I wake up every morning.  In the beginning I also did them in the afternoon.

IMMUNE SYSTEM SUPPORT with KEFIR

The yogurt you are taking probably does not have much in the way of useful microbes for your gut biome as it is commercial and has been treated to give it shelf life.

Get yourself some milk kefir grains.  You should be able to get them locally.  Search online. You will get them for handling and postage or you may find someone that has them.
